HexoraX provides AI-powered healthcare technology solutions, including but not limited to diagnostic assistance, patient monitoring systems, data analytics platforms, and hospital automation tools.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Healthcare Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: HexoraX Services are designed to assist healthcare professionals and should not replace professional medical judgment. Our AI tools provide recommendations and analysis that should always be reviewed and verified by qualified healthcare providers.

HexoraX is not a healthcare provider and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Healthcare decisions should always be made by licensed medical professionals.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services
• Upload malicious code or content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services are owned by HexoraX and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Data Protection and HIPAA

For clients in the healthcare industry, we will enter into a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) as required by HIPAA. We implement appropriate safeguards to protect Protected Health Information (PHI) in accordance with applicable regulations.

8. Fees and Payment

Certain Services require payment of fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described in your service agreement. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in your agreement or required by law.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HEXORAX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HexoraX and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
